I have had the pleasure of working together with Peter for a brief time after I graduated. He recited me for a specific job/assignment in another company, where I continued after the job/assignment was done. Peter was good at seeing my skills and matching them with companies in need of that specific set of skills. But, the skills was not the only thing he looked at, he also looked at my persona to make sure that I would fit into the company’s existing team. Peter and I sat down before meeting with the company, and he went through the whole process that was about to happen, in order to prepare me. It was nice to talk it through before, and I feel that it really help me prepare and I therefore also enjoyed the meeting with the company, because I knew the whole process. The company also felt we were a good match and he hired me for the job/assignment. He always made time called or messaged me to hear how I was doing and ask if I needed anything, even though I work from the offices of the other company and onsite in another country. Working with Peter was always a pleasure, and he was always ready to help if I needed it. He found a perfect match for me with the company.
